Who could have foreseen this?
Per an Ancient Prophecy from the musty scrolls of the Dreizin Report, on the night of April 24th or the morning of the 25th, Russian cruise missiles destroyed a total of six traction substations within the Ukrainian rail system, paralyzing electric train traffic (and thus, all rail traffic) in western Ukraine.
Traction substations house transformers that take power from the grid and convert it to the voltage, amperage, and frequency needed to drive electric train motors through overhead lines or (more often) third rails.
As you can see from this map, the strikes were clearly intended to paralyze rail traffic throughout roughly the westernmost one-third of the Ukraine.

This could be just the beginning, but even this alone will stop—for a while—a very large section of the Ukraine’s rail system from transporting NATO country “donations” into the Ukraine and eastwards to the front lines.
Now, the “donors” have all this junk stuck on the rails, not moving, an easy target for more cruise missiles.
Of course, this also stops the rail transport of food, fuel, and other things that people need to live. All land imports, exports, passengers. It’s a total cluster.
I warned about this, more or less. (I thought Russia would hit the bridges, but, close enough.)
What did “they” think was going to happen?
Did they think this would be as easy as steell-inng the e-lekk-shun from Trump?
It’s been about 60 days since the invasion. Russia clearly wanted to leave the infrastructure alone, but was left with no choice. Now, who will we blame for the coming starvation, etc.?
As I have said many times since the very first days of the war, if the U.S. and its hegemonic bloc do not back down and try to cut a deal, THE UKRAINE WILL BE TOTALLY DESTROYED.
At least one-third of it will go to Russia, and the rest will become another Afghanistan, albeit one with a number of severely under-maintained and overstressed nuclear power plants.
Several million more refugees will hit Europe at the worst possible time.

My friend was convinced that drunken, trigger-happy, 18-year-old Russian machine-gunners were responsible for the bodies found in Bucha, Kiev at the beginning of this month.
Can you blame him? Not everyone can be a skeptic.
Now, per the UK’s Guardian newspaper, we find out—and who could have imagined this, other than the Dreizin Report?—that “the majority” of bodies were victims of artillery shelling.
Hmmm. Let’s think about this.
You see, Russia controlled all, or almost all, of Bucha for at least three weeks (until suddenly leaving on March 30th.)
During all that time, were the Russians shelling themselves? Not likely? Well, who could it have been, then?
We must think very hard about this.
Actually, no, fortunately, we don’t have to think at all, as the Guardian explains that some bodies were found to have flechette darts in them, and—per its Ukrainian sources, who are most credible—ONLY Russia uses shells containing these darts, case closed!
So, that’s the new angle on Putin-the-Butcher-of-Bucha’s Bucha Butchery! Just wanted to keep everyone up to date!

So, where are those 10,000 (as of a month ago, it must be 2X now) Russians that Vicky Nuland claimed were dead?
All I am seeing is dead Ukrainians.
Perhaps ten of them in the below new video (I don’t count, this is getting old), I think somewhere in the Donbass. I see several of these scenes, every day, and that’s just what little makes it to film.

Conversely, the only time I’ve seen a photo/video of more than one dead Russian (or Donetsk, or Lugansk) soldier in one place, it was prisoners who had been shot! And, I think that was back in March.
Not to say that both sides haven’t taken big losses, but, which side gives you the evidence?

These groups are integrated with the state. No fine surgery is possible. It must be a simultaneous double-amputation and frontal lobotomy, which Russia is doing, however they may be doing it, whether it’s worth it or not, like it or not, whatever your bias may be.

What’s really troubling, is the filth has been ignored and glossed over not just by Uncle Sam, but EVEN BY JEWISH OPINION LEADERS IN THE USA.
We see open, state-sanctioned neo-Nazism in one of the more populous countries of Europe—which the USA has run like a colony for eight years, with all key ministerial-level appointments being cleared or rejected by the Embassy in Kiev—and even the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has never made a really big deal of it.
Why?
Having the “ethnic background” (I was born in Israel), and having worked around some of the organized Jewish community types in Washington, and known others, and read all their favorite pundits, I can tell you, they tend to hate Russia.
They probably think the Ukro-Nazism—which they don’t speak of, it is unmentionable, taboo—is a temporary, passing phenomenon, a sort of joke, not even worth noticing, whereas the real threat is Russia.
A threat to whom? Although Russia and Israel are now friends, yes, Russia still helps some of Israel’s enemies.
Look, business is business. Israel worked with Azerbaijan to build up its suicide drone fleet, which was under overall Turkish Air Force direction, so the descendants of the perpetrators of the 20th century’s first genocide, could take back territory from the descendants of the survivors of that genocide, in a nasty little war in the autumn of 2020.
A total disgrace, but Israel must sell its drones somewhere, and, it needs Azerbaijan as an airfield against Iran.
In short, some people have no sense of perspective. They want to see Russia fully gone from international affairs.
As for Nazism, well, you know, we can write a note of protest, later, whatever. The Ukrainians will take care of it!

Very informative clear sighted military perspective on the war in Ukraine from a critically good analyst who is not plugged into the US/UK MATRIX. The involvement of UK M16 with ultra Nationalists and Nazis in Ukraine goes back along way pre WW2 but especially in supporting and financing the Banderists insurgency in Ukraine until its suppression in the fifties. Consequently the UK Government has prioritised growing this section of the Ukrainian society (since before 2014) and expanding its influence into the stranglehold it now exerts on the Government and military no doubt assisted by the CIA. This explains to an extent the virulent hatred of Russia sustained by the UK ruling class who seriously espoused fascism before WW2 seeing it as the nemesis of the Soviet Communist State. The UK Security Agencies are deeply embedded in the fascist social and military formations in Ukraine which raises the all important question who is in charge of the Ukrainian Military VSU and Security Agencies like the SBU? I would like to hear your opinion Jacob because of this questions importance in forming a anti fascist resistance against the UK State and NATO both in the UK and Europe. Thank you so much.

I too found this site thanks to The Duran and comments by the two Alex. I have a suggestion that might prove useful now that Ukraine is starting to resemble Yugoslavia, i.e. broken up into its component parts. To save time and space, perhaps we should rename the part controlled by the Zelenskyy regime “Urainazia” and dub its inhabitants “Ukrainazis.” Soon, after Poland, Romania, and other states grab the parts of the old Ukraine that interest them, it will be a much smaller state and giving it a catchy, easy to pronounce name will make it easier on kids learning 4th grade geography as well as save us all longwinded explanations.
How about “Newkraine” (or “NuKraine”) and “OldKraine”?

I’m not quite a prophet myself (and I feel there should only be one prophet per house anyway, and in this house I am but a guest), but I believe Russia won’t allow the remaining Ukieland nuclear power plants to remain in Banderite hands. The Chernobyl debacle left a defining impression on Russians both common and official (funny, innit, that the location is technically in Ukieland but it’s Russia it’s associated with) – while the picture of it is vastly overblown outside of former USSR, I witnessed some of the lingering public scare effects in my 90s childhood, such as dosimeters (Geiger counters) for testing produce bought at markets showing up in TV ads and making very brisk sales and people worried about someone selling potentially irradiated scrap metal from the exclusion zone. And the officials really do not want to have a fallout event happening on their watch with the Chernobyl case serving as a colossal mark of shame for it even happening in the first place.
Now, the fate of the South-Ukrainian NPP and Zaporozhie NPP is obvious, they’re going under direct control as part of the southern campaign and the latter is already firmly in it, and are going to get the maintenance they needed for decades with potential shutdown and refurbishment so they can continue powering the same territories. They will pose no threat for certain and are instead going to be instrumental for the post-war life, unless the Banderites blow up the South-Ukrainian when they retreat. The Rovno (Rivne in “the mowa”) and Hmelnitsky NPPs are the difficult cases, because they’re in the western third of Ukieland. Of the two, Rovno NPP is the more solution-friendly one because it’s very close to the Belarus border – it could well end up being captured by an excursion from there and transferred to Belarussian control (most likely operated by Rosatom though, but Belarus is also training its own operators with its help, so who knows). That leaves the Hmelnitsky NPP. Shutdown of such a massive nuclear industry object is not a brief process, so at the very least it would have to be captured and held for that time, and it probably would have to be disabled altogether in that event so as to be impossible to reconstruct and relaunch. Personally, though, I don’t think Russia will go that route – I think we’ll try to secure it altogether instead, with adjacent territory and all. It’s things like this which make it more likely that the demilitarize+denazify objective will have to be carried out through all of Country 404, even in the western parts.
As for the post-war times in the case of all four NPPs surviving and under Russian control, they’ll get maintenance and continue working if at all possible. Even if we end up with a rump Banderreich in the Lwow and Uzhgorod regions, Russians would not mind supplying it with energy from the nearby NPPs if the power lines survive (such as through selling it to Hungary or Moldova or Poland who’d then resell it to Banderreich). The same holds true if Poland and/or Hungary try to claim those areas and Russia lets them (I don’t think Russia feels like it after Poland’s escapades). Russians sell oil to the US, they’ll sell electricity to anyone willing to do business at regular market rates (and at discounts for proven allies) so those power plants will keep running or get maintenance and get running again.
I’m not a betting man, so I’m not staking money on this. But if there’s one thing I’m certain of, it’s that any Russian leader or commander would rather forcibly decommission the plants and demolish their infrastructure than let them remain in the hands of a Banderreich successor state of some kind. They would not allow another fallout event happening anywhere nearby.
Can you or Jacob put guys like Gennadiy Druzenko in context for us? Druzenko is the Ukrainian who runs a medical unit in Ukraine. He claimed that he gave orders to castrate Russian PoWs, then half-walked it back*. He has a FB page where he gleefully discusses his work and regularly refers to Russians as “orcs.” Yet he has no obvious Nazi signage. What gives with guys like him?

I would imagine that in the EU supported part of rump Ruthenia (Ukraine) that they will shut down the Soviet designed nuclear reactors, just like they have done in every other ex-Warsaw Pact country.

Apparently there is some history of the Ukraine army shelling Donetsk with flechette rounds. From a 2014 AFP article :

Guess same. It doesn’t make much sense for heavy Artillery staying behind and shooting at own Mechanized Infantry leaving the scene. One would expect Artillery leaving b4 since they r easy targets in close combat. There have been more issues like people claiming these people would be there for like 2 weeks and got satellite pics to prove that. They did look quite “fresh” tbh. All that nonsense made one cautious about reliability of that “reports” and “proves”.

As part Azerbaijani and part Russian, I went to school in Kiev, lived through Karabakh conflict, very well familiar with Georgian and Chechen conflicts. I also understand what is going in Ukraine. West has NO clue what they are doing, especially ever changing US government and corrupt lazy EU. It was and is all political and intended to destroy Russia. Russia changed after the collapse, adopted capitalism, survived west economic rape in the 1990s, grew economically, but WEST and EU still hate her. WHY? Because Russia came back and is the largest country in the world with the largest natural resources which EU desperately needs, do not forget nuke weapons. Power vacuums were created in Caucasus after the collapse and supported by the West and Iran, all were intended to destabilize the region and get to Russia. US was supporting Iran in Caucasuses, especially in Chechnya – “enemy of of enemy is my friend”. Well, it was all defeated. US tried again in 2020 to remove Aliev in Azerbaijan, also Nazarbayev in Kazakhstan this year – all long term presidents which are always re-elected and cooperate with Russia, second Miadan maybe. Remember how US was supporting Chechens as freedom fighters until those freedom fighters did Boston Marathon. Chechen war was the longest and bloodiest, whereas Azerbaijan and Georgia wars were brief, on and off wars. Why? Shevardnadze and Aliev were former KGB and knew how work with Russia and maintain peace until idiot Saakashvili came to power, who reminds me Zelensky. Russia and Azerbaijan (which does not like Iran) are very supportive of Israel which by the way has the best intelligence in the world. Israel understands what is going in Ukraine, they do not support it, at least openly. I cannot understand why Jewish diaspora in the US are so hateful towards Russia. Putin fixed problems in Caucuses, and he will fix Ukraine too, thus Russian buffers will be untouchable for a very long time, and guess what, most people agree with him. Because people are tired of wars, they want peace, prosperity, jobs and Russia has a lot of jobs. A lot of people from former Soviet Republics go back to work in Russia for seasonal jobs. Ukraine will be divided in 3 parts, East to Russia, Central will be no man land and useless to US and EU, and West to Poland. But nobody thinks what will happen afterwards. Russia with its buffers will turn away from US and EU. It is the beginning of the end of the globalization. World will be divided between US/EU and Russia/China/India/Saudi Arabia, which will control largest natural resources in the world.

A caution about citing Boston Marathon events. The story we have been fed is murky, if one followed the story as it was unfolding. The narrative eventually worked out may or may not be broadly true. It is unlikely to be a fair or full account.
One likely tell of a “fixed-up” narrative: whenever those individuals closest to the story are silenced and never allowed to give their own account. Tamerlan Tsarnaev died after a police battle, of wounds, it was reported, after he surrendered. Details kept changing. Since the arrest of Dzokahr Tsarnaev, he has been held in solitary confinement, allowed to speak only to legal team and family, all communications being monitored. His trial consisted of many emotional accounts by victims of the attack and some circumstantial evidence. He pleaded not guilty in arraignment but guilty at trial. Raising a red flag, the close friend of Tamerlan, Ibragim Todashev, was killed by an FBI agent during a third interrogation, at which FBI had insisted that Todashev’s lawyer could not be present.
The fact that numerous terroristic events that FBI has either foiled or “limited”or “solved” ultimately proved to be the result of suggestions and enabling support by FBI “informants” does not incline one to trust FBI explanations.
Something always felt ‘off’ about the whole Boston bomber fiasco, what with what looked clearly like some Blackwater type operatives all over that venue before the bombs went off. These were clearly shown by numerous people who posted videos and pictures of a group with matching outfits and black boots w/communications gear and bulky backpacks. Some shown w/o those same backpacks later.

There has been a real flurry of activity at the International Atomic Energy Agency the last few days ostensibly aimed at ensuring the safety and security of Ukraine’s nuclear plants. Director General Grossi met with Zelensky yesterday and visited the Chernobyl nuclear site on the anniversary of the accident in 1986, promising expanded technical assistance from the IAEA. More than 900 representatives from 127 countries are meeting now in Vienna to “forge a vision for the future of nuclear law” at the agency’s FIRST EVER international conference. There is clearly a propaganda and virtue-signaling aspect to this sudden hustle and bustle–I.e, focus on making nuclear law “inclusive,” very ostentatious support for the Zelensky regime, and respelling of Chernobyl–but do you, Jacob, or others, think that the IAEA can actually help to mitigate the dangers you outlined in your video on Ukraine’s nuclear power plants? Does Red Outsider think that the Russians might trust the IAEA sufficiently to handle Ukraine’s nuclear power plant safety and security that they might be willing to forego his scenario?

The Kiev coup was in early 2014, Russia became openly and hugely involved in Syria in late 2015.
