It’s pretty clear where are they came from – partially forced mobilization of Ukraine, mercenaries from all countries “sympathetic” to Ukraine, military forces acting as mercenaries, etc.
I think NATO has a more hands on approach, they claim to only send weapons and training but I am sure British and American special forces and officers are doing much of the heavy lifting in reconnaissance, planning and organizing these attacks. I wouldn’t put it past them, if they are using mercenaries, refugees from countries that were destroyed by NATO, a long with Ukrainian regulars who have for the most part staid out of large scale engagements with the Russians.

I watched the video and , for some reason , I was able to better understand you , than people in other videos , made by Russian speakers (YT and Telegram). Maybe because you talk slow , or slower , than those people (I am Slavic , so that helps to a degree) ? I’ve learned Russian language some decades ago , in school , but never got the chance to use it (maybe twice , long time ago) and almost all the movies , sitcoms , etc , are in English language here .
Since late February , there are a lot of Russians and Ukrainians here (Belgrade , Serbia) and some of them really don’t understand why this has happened (I didn’t spoke with many people) , or they don’t want to really talk about it . Overall impression is , that they are not really interested in things that doesn’t influence their life and business directly , except those who have relatives , or in-laws in Ukraine (Russians) and they are more “westerly” oriented . Some of them didn’t have choice , but to leave , because their business is connected only to the west and now they are “hopping” from here to Russia and vice versa . Everyone , to whom I spoke to , are from big cities in Russia .
What about the data regarding the losses of personnel for the 2 forces, from Russia’s MOD, are they realistic?

This video should have been uploaded to YT as there is an auto-translate tool that will print subtitles in 110 languages of your choice. His audio is quite clear so YT transcription would have worked quite well.

Why not upload the video to youtube? Ensure Close Captions or CC is enabled. This will allow YT to transcribe what you say in Russian and the auto-translate option can be used by viewrs to translate it into whatever language.
For a better job, you can review the trascript that YT generates in Russian and make necessary corrections. Which will then translate more accurately what you want to convey.
