From what I’m told, Mercouris hasn’t mentioned me in months, and as for what I’ve written about his show, it was in response to readers CONSTANTLY bringing him up in the comments. I have said nothing untrue or even bad about him, at all. It’s pretty dumb if you’re upset that I called him a businessman, and analyzed his game.
If readers want to talk Mercouris, sure, I’ll talk Mercouris. Why would I not? It’s just customer service, straight up. It seems that’s caused about 150 Mercouris diehards to unsubscribe, but engagement in the comments is up, and most people seem to love it. I’ve become the world’s only Mercouris and Gonzalo Lira discussion board, filling that market niche, LOL.
Yes, he did help a lot with my audience growth, early on… But, he also kept 100% of ad proceeds (probably close to $10,000) from posting, on his own channel, my first 4 or 5 YouTube videos, as well as my guest show that I did with him…..
…..most or all of which, got MORE views, on HIS channel, than HIS OWN vids were getting at the time. In the early months of the Ukraine war, it was a huge boost to his own “war credentials.”
So, he helped me, and I helped him, we’re even, and now I can say whatever. It’s not like he was ever going to invite me back to his show, anyway, since I started talking about the vakkseenz.

I’ve realized there is no point in trying to warn anyone that is not at least slightly aware of what’s going on by now… The best you can do is to try to redirect people who have taken the “there is no cough”/”it’s all a jew thing” road and make them understand that, yes, their gut feeling is right, there is something very wrong with the world as it is, but not in the way they think. The rest will only see the truth if the cough pandemonium and/or a nuclear holocaust end up happening, and by then it will be pointless to tell them: “I told you so”. On the other hand, if we are lucky enough and nothing really terrible happens in the near future, the sad consequence will be that our society won’t learn the lesson, so we will be ripe for something equally terrible happening to us in the longer term… Nope, we cannot learn unless by heavy blows in the head. I remember, months ago, them talking about Poland mobilizing civil servants, police, judges, etc, for service in western Ukraine. Seems like the Polish invasion of the West of Ukraine could happen.
My biggest fear about this war early on was that it would quickly turn into a conflict similar to Afghanistan. An insurgent war. By luck, or strategy, Russia has mostly managed to avoid that up till now. I really don’t think Europe would want an Afghanistan or Somalia like country on its own border.
I read/watch your commentary and a few others online. Baffles me that people get upset that you and other pundits have different views. I’ve been following the duran since the beginning (before youtube). It’s hard to find decent geopolitical coverage. This war has opened the flood gates. That’s also when subscribers and views exploded for everyone. You’d be a fool not to cash in on it because it won’t last. That said Alexander’s program is becoming unwatchable. Six commercials in an hour and endless names of towns nobody heard of. Zerohedge used to somewhat valuable but now mostly spout the the ridiculous kia #s everyone else does. They’re starting to dip their toe in the water so it must be safe now.

Yes, after getting slammed in a “ZH is Russian disinformation”, media hit job by anonymous “intelligence officials” circa January 2022, and in response, blindly re-hashing MSM ukraine crap for the last year… ZH is now absolutely testing the waters. They used to be my go to news source for financial stuff. And that’s why we can’t have nice things. Why can’t people just be fair with their fellow man(As Mercouris should have been with Dreizin)? Ahem… I worked for this chemical company as their systems/network administrator. The company got in trouble and layoffs started. At the time I was getting raped by child support and other issues. Barely getting by. Barely existing to be honest.
My boss decided to lay me off to try and preserve his interests. On the way out the door the head engineer, whom I thought was my friend, said something incredibly cruel. I looked at him with the “Why Jim? Why?” expression and he said to me “Kick a man when he’s down. If he’s anything at all he’ll rise above it”. True enough. True enough.
I repeated that same phrase to him when I came back two weeks later when both he and my boss where carrying their shit out the door in boxes. Little did they know I ran everything.

I would like to know what was said about Mercouris ? I like Duran and think fairly highly of both, still I often criticize the “oracle” as they like to say. My beef is that he has these gifted people on and he cannot shut up long enough to let many of them talk. Or interrupts when something of great importance is being discussed or blows an opportunity to ask a follow up because he has to butt in so often. It is really maddening. Happened the other day when he had Robert Barnes on , who is extremely gifted. It was so annoying. Also he is so biting at the bit he cannot let the other guy speak!! The Athens man is quite clever and very often has good points but this London blow hard cannot control his immense ego and let the guy alone. …..All in all it is very frustrating at this time because otherwise they are very informative now during this Ukraine fiasco.
