Power stations reported hit include 2 in Kharkov, Ladyzhyn station in Vinnitsa (CONFIRMED), Burshtyn station in Ivano-Frankovsk (CONFIRMED), likely the stations in Krivoi Rog (owned by Z’s father-in-law) and Dnepropetrovsk. All of Kharkov city widely reported to be completely dark. **VISUALLY CONFIRMED**: At least 1/2 of turbine hall at DneproGES hydropower station (Zaporozhie) is on fire; railroad bridge on top of the dam also seriously damaged. **HIGHLY CREDIBLE RUSSIAN MILITARY SOURCE**: At least two of four operational units destroyed at Ladyzhyn; two Kharkov city power/steam stations (incl. TETS-3, downtown) damaged, & the power-only station (presumably Zmievskaia, south of the city) completely wrecked; Kharkov is without power.
