Update to 2pm post: There is a credible (even more so than Christine Blasey Ford) report of an Israeli force advancing north from Salahadin road on al-Matahen road west of Deir Balah, evidently aiming for the coast. This seems to be moving somewhat faster than did “Phase 1” in the north.
