Top Israeli journalists with military connections, are reporting that IDF intel has confirmed that bodyguards of Hamas military leader “Mohammed Deif” (not his real name) were killed in the July 13th airstrike (it was earlier confirmed that his deputy was killed in that strike, his second deputy to be killed since March)… and, that it is extremely likely that Deif joined his bodyguards in hell, this time, on Israel’s eighth attempt (since way back) to negate him. Netanyahu’s near-term political standing/survival now seems ASSURED, as Israeli media has broadly swung back into the manic phase of its bipolar cycle, with “Hamas on the ropes”, “Hamas military leadership in chaos”, etc. OBJECTIVE SIGNS of “Hamas on the ropes” include a recent absence of tough statements (regarding hostages & negotiating position) from or on behalf of Hamas’ Gaza political supremo, Sinwar, as well as the near-total cessation of rocket fire into Israel (typically now at most one rocket per day.)
