Update, evening of February 11th: As I **PREDICTED** behind the paywall in late December, Trump is now FLAILING ABOUT with the YooKrayne, unable to end the thing, and thus diverting to his usual theatrics, to deflect and to justify KEEPING IT GOING INDEFINITELY.

Specifically, he is sending his yes-man drone Treasury Secretary to the YooKrayne to (I guess?) “sign an agreement”, whereby the USA continues to provide military aid, and the YooKrayne promises development rights to as-yet unknown and unspecified U.S. companies, for a notional-virtual $500 gazillion of YooKraynian lithium, dilithium, berynium, dragonglass, memecoins, etc., that is five miles underground or otherwise not economically extractable until the year 2425, same as in every other country (guaranteed, Costa Rica is sitting on an ASSLOAD of dragonglass… that’s why it’s “Rica.”)

Well, that’s good enough for the Peanut Gallery. As I **PREDICTED**, the Peanut Gallery, huffing and getting high off of every one of Trump’s (and Musk’s) farts, will quickly get (or has already gotten) used to keeping the war going, indefinitely. All of my American readers know someone like this. It won’t be any problem for them at all. Just wait till they go back to calling you DISLOYAL!!!

It’s nice to see that Tucker Carlson has jumped the reservation, but the rest have **ALREADY** stopped talking about it, about what a scam it is, wasted money, need that money here at home, the awful Military-Industrial Complex, Zelensky too close to the Democrats, blahblah, it was always just blahblah. Soon, they will even start ragging on Putin again. “We have always been at war with Eurasia.”

Update, evening of February 7th: Folks, it feels like the 2017 “Muslim travel ban”, 20 times worse, but the same approach. This stuff is its own downfall. Funny how Mr. “Res Ipsa Loquitor” himself, Jonathan Turley, has been strangely quiet about most of it, instead mostly reporting on small-potatoes local nonsense somewhere. Yes, people get into certain ruts… and then they self-censor… and they become shills. Dreizin’s no shill. Today, a Trump-appointed judge prevented the We Are The End Of History people from placing several thousand USAID employees on administrative (paid) leave. In other words, those people are still on duty status, also paid of course… but they have no more work. WIDESPREAD REPORTING THAT USAID EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN “FIRED”, IS ***FALSE.*** Anyway, even IF they had been placed on paid leave, it’s clear, there is absolutely no idea as to what to do with these people. The Office of Personnel Management… which is about to be swamped in processing a FLOOD of very sweet-deal, voluntary early retirements (just formally announced this morning) that stands to WRECK my (dayjob) agency… is obviously in no position to supervise a legal, proper Reduction In Force (downsizing) for these 10,000-plus people. The ONLY CERTAINTY is that, aside from some optional or slush-fund type spending, there are tens of billions of dollars of NOT OPTIONAL foreign aid spending, directed by Congress, and the money MUST be spent on X, Y, Z… and that’s the Constitution, and the courts WILL get around to enforcing that, once anyone can catch up with what the fuck is going on. So, what is the plan? There is no plan. IT IS A GIANT CLUSTERFUCK. Welcome to Trump 2.0.

As for Musk…..

Well, as I said, Musk is sending his kids—including Big Balls, see below—around to various Federal buildings, so as to access their contracting / purchasing order databases, looking for keywords such as “Democrat graft”, “Democrat corruption”, “payments to Soros”, and “shit that we can plug on Twitter real fast, get a billion eyeballs.”

Folks, as I wrote, that’s all that Musk is doing.

Update, evening of February 6th: Folks, we have reached the Singularity. That is, “conservativism” has reached its point of Maximum Tardation. For decades, Republicans hated “bureaucrats” (anyone remember that Bob Dole 1996 campaign ad?) but couldn’t name a single Government program, service, or benefit to cut—because, while their core voters tend to want to screw over certain, uh, colors, the politicians recognize that the benefits get spread around and reach everyone, including their own. Well, nothing has changed, only now, there’s a certain clique which thinks it will be able to FINALLY cut those bureaucrats… while STILL, not identifying a single program, service, or benefit to cut. Well you know, Government programs tend to be administered very inefficiently, but the problem is, you still need half the workforce, and you CAN NEVER KNOW which half has the skills, knowledge, and is actually doing the work. (It does not help if you force senior management to frantically label people as “mission critical” or not mission critical, because management may or may not truly know (or care) who is mission critical, and, the mission criticals may or may not be any good.) It’s like, wow, you guys did not think this through very well. This is the Singularity. They have hit their logical end… but they are really mad, and the wheels are spinning. Folks, at the end of the day, on a net basis, after a lot of noise, and a lot of sob stories in the media, in the big picture, proportionately, VERY LITTLE will be cut, because there is no legal authority to do so, because Congress has not cut, and won’t cut, anything, because Congress has never cut anything (Republicans can’t even get around to de-funding NPR!!!) What WILL happen, is they will cause enough disorder and break something big, and probably more than one thing. Other than that, go to bed and check in with me next year.

Trump promised to stop the YooKrayne war—which has cost the U.S. Government the better part of $200 billion in cash and military equipment, and the U.S. consumer at least several hundred billions on more expensive fuel and food—on “Day One.”

More recently, his people were talking like… Hey, it’s complicated, so give us perhaps six months.

(Any longer than that, and there may not be a YooKrayne… So, problem solved!!!)

MOST recently, except for Kellogg the special YooKrayne emissary, they have COMPLETELY stopped talking about it.  No more anonymous sources leaking silly peace plans.

(Latest news: Without sharing any details, anonymous sources say they may come up with a more detailed peace plan soon, LOL. Not making this up. Excepting whatever Kellogg might have told CNN etc., that’s all the Ukraine news out of Washington over the past nine or ten days.)

Don’t worry, though.  They have other things to entertain you with.

In USAID’s $40 billion budget, Musk’s kids have found reportedly (no clear documentation or coherent itemization or summary fact sheet or PowerPoint slide or ANYTHING OTHER THAN A MUSK TWEET was provided to the public) as much as $8 million per year in wasteful USAID subscriptions, clearly many hundreds of them, to Politico’s “premium” service, which costs thousands of dollars per subscription. (No doubt, some other Federal agencies have sinned the same.)

(Not bad for 16 days in.  At this rate, Musk should be able to cut at least one percent of Federal spending by the midterms.)

It seems likely, MOST Politico “premium” subscriptions were, in fact, paid for by the U.S. Government.

Whatever the case, it was a SCAM.

(By “scam” or “scammer”, in this and in any other context, I do not necessarily imply anything provably illegal, or for which I have any non-circumstantial/conjectural evidence of illegality.  But, it was a scam.)

More specifically, in this case, a reward for loyal service(s.)

Now, surely, there was no recorded “quid pro quo.”

And, certainly, if the product, however wasteful, is real, and was delivered or provided, and was intended for a broad benefit (that is, not just some gold statue for the boss’s office), then it’s not illegal or against regulations or norms for the Government to have bought it.

So, no one is going to jail.

Of course, Politico, having pushed the “Hunter Biden laptop is a hoax” hoax, deserves every bit of “defunding” that they get.

Sure, it’s glorious.

Well, the Silicon Bolsheviks got their talking points and Twitter hype and Fox News screen graphics out of USAID. Moving on? Send the kids to some other agency, to look at another purchasing orders list, and see what else really jumps out at the untrained eye?

Obviously, the dollar amount (whatever it really is) at USAID, is peanuts.

And, it’s a DISTRACTION.

A MUCH bigger racket is the war… which is ending NO TIME VERY SOON.

(And, I might add, Musk’s Starlink is STILL profiting from it. Whoever is paying for Starlink terminals and subscriptions in the YooKrayne, whether it’s the YooKrayne itself, or the Pentagon, is most probably Starlink’s single largest customer. In fact, Musk HIMSELF could have ended, or could perhaps today end, the war fairly quickly by canceling or non-renewing that service, without which the YooKray-nee-unn army’s communications would be simply wrecked.)

Or higher education, or the pharmaceutical industry.

Or, Musk’s future Mars Mission, surely in anticipation of which he is racking up these “I saved the Government THIS much” talking points.

(People forget, he is a BUSINESSMAN.)

You might recall, some anonymous cryptobro’s used President-elect Trump to market a pump-and-dump shitcoin named after him… and then, there was also one named for his wife.

Just SOME TENS of the pump-and-dump primary holders/beneficiaries….. 

…..who may or may not include Trump himself, or perhaps some “legal entity” managed by or associated with someone who might be involved somehow with TrumpLand or The Family…..

…..walked away with several billion dollars within a week or two.

This is just the Trump shitcoin alone, not even getting into the Melania shitcoin.

Strictly speaking, Trump kept it legal by marketing his shitcoin as a novelty, collectible, or memento, NOT as a financial instrument or a store of value. (Also, by not shutting down and absconding, LOL.) In fact, his son Eric, speaking recently to Reuters, and OBVIOUSLY sticking to a brief script or some pre-cleared buzzwords, described the shitcoin merely as “…the hottest digital meme…”

(Sleazy, yes.)

Nonetheless, most people think of “crypto” as a financial instrument or an investment of some kind. And the VAST MAJORITY of those who bought in to the Trump shitcoin, lost money on it… and many, many thousands were FLEECED UTTERLY.

(This is the very definition of “pump and dump.”)

In terms of the VERY BRIEF time-duration of the pump-and-dump parabola, relative to the HUGE earnings for the few holders at the base of the parabola… Not to mention, the total absence of any criminal jeopardy, due to, how shall I put it, “solid legal cover” as well as the “Trump’s just selling an Inaugural souvenir” defense… This was cryptohistory’s not just most successful, but BY FAR most successful shitcoin pump-and-dump.

What was Trump’s motivation for being involved with it?

Seeing as Trump was (per media reports) being courted by cryptobro’s visiting his Florida castle after the election…..

…..and, observing the fairly sudden (late 2024) conversion and Trump-fanaticism of leading cryptobro’s on Twitter…..

…..I have previously written that, from shortly before and especially since the election….. 

…..the cryptobro’s were/are being developed as an “industry” lobby (a source of political financing)…..

…..and, in fact, the very FIRST “industry” lobby that is devoted not to both parties or even to one party, but exclusively to Trump and His Anointed.

With that in mind…..

And, seeing as this is, you know, America…..

It is VERY, VERY LIKELY that some of the pump-and-dump gain was “washed” back into various political funds (Super PACs, etc.) in Trump’s orbit.

And by “some”, I mean, probably, tens of millions of dollars, over a very short period of time.

With certainly the expectation of more “in the pipeline.”

No, I am NOT alleging any “explicit” quid pro quo.

This is just how it works.  No one HAS to “say anything.”

But folks, we’ve got MORONS worked up over **possibly** $8 million a year….. 

…..and our beloved president is shilling for (and likely also profiting from, or someone in his family was/is profiting from) multi-billion-dollar ANONYMOUS CRYPTOSCAMMERS…..

…..and the MORONS couldn’t give two frocks about it.

(Folks, the best hope for the second Trump term would have been to adopt a “Caesar has won, and Caesar will brook no dissent, but Caesar is kind” approach, striking a conciliatory tone and governing “from the middle”, thus picking up the biggest possible support WHILE ALSO making whatever substantive changes they needed to make, without much in-your-face fanfare. Well, such was the opportunity, anyway. There was A CHANCE to stabilize things, especially in preparation for whatever future pandemic, depression, disaster, or other surprises ARE coming. Instead, they are merely reproducing (in some fashion, of course nothing repeats precisely) what the Democrats did in 2021. In that context, as you listen to the below audio message, keep in mind that what’s going on with the U.S. Federal Government, today, exceeds the WILDEST DREAMS of anyone in Russia. Russians are straight peeing their pants in excitement. The USA appears to have begun… again, just begun, but it seems to be on that track… to, finally, eat itself. The second and third-order effects of what is going on today are unpredictable, but they will be NASTY. Anyone who thinks that this stuff can be CONTROLLED and LIMITED to favor strictly one’s own clique or tribe… AND that one will not, in the end, be affected personally… is a moron.
